Book 4

33. Kidnapped

Good news everyone! You’re about to start seeing way more Brainslug, way more regularly. I’m almost ready to come out of my hermit cave with the final version of “Brainslug: Road Trip” freshly edited, colored and ready to print! Only about a dozen more pages to color and a few more than that to edit.

What that means for you readers is, aside the forthcoming kickstarter campaign to get that bad boy printed, is that I will no longer have to split my productivity time between editing old pages and working on new Brainslug content. It will soon be new content, all the time. So the story should be picking up the pace. There should be other surprises too so stay tuned!

Dante is either behind it, or might be super pissed off…

Also, to respond to your reply on the previous page(Seems we reached the posting limit on that conversation), i’d love to see the process of how you do your work! Though i’m not on any social media whatsoever, so actually finding it might be difficult <.<

As for my own stuff, I don't draw nearly as much as I wish I did, and I only finish a few of the things I start drawing(again, few of which I post), but you can find what little I upload on my DA account: http://the5thvegetable.deviantart.com/

Now how could anyone possibly kidnap dante without quickly becoming a puddle of blood and organs?

Also: why does Road Trip need editing? Does that mean there’s stuff that will be eliminated? And wasn’t it already colored?

Ahh, you should check out the previous page, it’s not Dante that’s gone missing, it was Inferno.

As for my extra work on “Road Trip”, this is to get the book ready for a print run of the book that I’ll hopefully be able to fund with Kickstarter like I did for “Alien Tongues”. Very little is getting cut. Most just got a light re-write to improve the flow of the book as a whole. Just smoothing out the edges really. And in Road Trip, the first dozen or so pages were colored and the last dozen were colored. I’m just bringing the quality closer to the standard that Brainslug has now.
